Total Time: 22 minutes
Serves: Makes 6 Servings
Ingredients
- 6 Food Club kosher dill pickle spears
- 1/4 cup Food Club all-purpose flour
- 1 large egg, beaten
- 1 cup Food Club bread crumbs
- 2 tablespoons Food Club Spicy Wings air fryer seasoning
- 1/2 cup Food Club plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon Food Club dried dill
- 1/2 teaspoon Food Club garlic powder
- 1/4 cup Food Club mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Food Club hot sauce
How to Make
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F.
- Pat pickle spears dry with a paper towel and set aside.
- Place flour into one shallow bowl and beaten egg into a second. Combine bread crumbs and air fryer seasoning in a third bowl and set aside.
- Dredge each pickle spear in flour, shaking off excess. Dip into egg, letting excess drip off, then coat evenly in bread crumbs, pressing gently to adhere.
- Place pickles into the air fryer basket in a single layer and spray lightly with cooking spray.
- Air-fry, flipping halfway through, until golden-brown and crispy, about 10–12 minutes.
- Meanwhile, combine yogurt, dill, and garlic powder in a small bowl and whisk until smooth.
- Combine mayonnaise and hot sauce in a separate small bowl and whisk until smooth.
- Serve pickles warm with dipping sauces.
