Cheesy Broccoli and Tortellini Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 (12-ounce) package Food Club frozen cheese tortellini, thawed
  • 1 (16-ounce) bag Food Club frozen chopped broccoli florets, thawed
  • 2 cups Food Club classic Alfredo sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Food Club garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Food Club salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Food Club black pepper
  • 1 1/2 cups Food Club shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
  • 1 teaspoon Food Club dried basil

How to Make

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. Combine tortellini, broccoli, Alfredo sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in the prepared dish. Stir to coat evenly, spreading into a single layer.
  3. Sprinkle top evenly with 1 cup of mozzarella cheese and cover with foil.
  4. Bake casserole for 20 minutes, then remove foil and sprinkle with remaining mozzarella cheese.
  5. Bake for an additional 5–10 minutes, or until cheese is melted and edges are bubbling.
  6. Garnish with basil and serve.
