
Cheesy Broccoli and Tortellini Casserole

Ingredients
- 1 (12-ounce) package Food Club frozen cheese tortellini, thawed
- 1 (16-ounce) bag Food Club frozen chopped broccoli florets, thawed
- 2 cups Food Club classic Alfredo sauce
- 1 teaspoon Food Club garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Food Club salt
- 1/4 teaspoon Food Club black pepper
- 1 1/2 cups Food Club shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
- 1 teaspoon Food Club dried basil
How to Make
- Preheat oven to 375°F. Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
- Combine tortellini, broccoli, Alfredo sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in the prepared dish. Stir to coat evenly, spreading into a single layer.
- Sprinkle top evenly with 1 cup of mozzarella cheese and cover with foil.
- Bake casserole for 20 minutes, then remove foil and sprinkle with remaining mozzarella cheese.
- Bake for an additional 5–10 minutes, or until cheese is melted and edges are bubbling.
- Garnish with basil and serve.
