
Dill Pickle Chicken Salad

Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup Food Club whole milk Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup Food Club mayonnaise
- 2 (12.5-ounce) cans Food Club chunk white chicken breast, drained
- 1/2 cup chopped Food Club kosher dill pickles, plus more for garnish
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- 1 celery stalk, diced
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill, plus more for garnish
- 1 tablespoon pickle juice
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
How to Make
- Combine yogurt and mayonnaise in large bowl until smooth. Add chicken pickles, red onion, celery, dill, pickle juice, salt and pepper, and stir until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
- Cover and refrigerate until chilled, at least 30 minutes. Garnish with additional chopped pickles and dill. Serve and enjoy.
