Ingredients

  • 1 cup Food Club plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup Food Club sour cream
  • 1 cup Cotija cheese, crumbled, plus more for garnish
  • 2 cups Food Club frozen corn, thawed
  • 1 (1.25-ounce) packet Food Club taco seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon Food Club olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon Food Club chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Food Club salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Food Club black pepper
  • Chopped fresh cilantro, for garnish
  • Tortilla chips, for serving

How to Make

  1. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add corn, taco seasoning, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Cook, stirring occasionally, until corn is lightly charred, about 5–10 minutes. Remove from heat to cool.
  2. Meanwhile, combine Greek yogurt, sour cream, Cotija cheese, and lime juice in a large serving bowl. Add the cooled corn mixture and stir to combine.
  3. Chill dip for at least 30 minutes. When ready to serve, garnish with additional cheese and cilantro. Serve with tortilla chips.
