
Cheesy Jalapeno Popper Dip

Ingredients
- 2 (8-ounce) blocks Food Club original cream cheese, softened
- 2 cups Food Club sour cream
- 2 cups Food Club shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 2 cups Food Club shredded low-moisture whole milk mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup Food Club shredded Parmesan cheese, divided
- 12 slices Food Club sliced bacon, cooked and crumbled, plus more for garnish
- 1/2 cup Food Club sliced jalapeños, roughly chopped, plus more for garnish
- 1/2 cup Food Club diced green chilies
- 1 teaspoon Food Club garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Food Club onion powder
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- Chopped fresh parsley, for garnish
- Tortilla chips, for serving (optional)
- Sliced French bread, for serving (optional)
How to Make
- Preheat oven to 375°F. Combine cream cheese, sour cream, cheddar, mozzarella, and 1/2 cup of Parmesan in a medium bowl until blended.
- Add bacon, jalapeños, green chilies, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper, and stir until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
- Transfer mixture evenly into a lightly greased 8×8-inch baking dish. Top evenly with remaining Parmesan cheese.
- Bake until dip is bubbling at the edges and the top is golden-brown, about 25 to 30 minutes. Garnish with parsley, additional bacon, and additional jalapeños. Serve warm with tortilla chips or bread.
